Julia Carlota is the ambassador of The Way, one of the fundamental pillars of the project. Takes care of fundraising and new partnerships. Organization of cultural and recreational events, and English teacher. Since the beginning of the project, he has always been passionate about children and is always present in the project's activities.

João Lotufo is PaulaLamela’s husband and Ibere and Uirá´s father. Educator, Biologist, Permaculturist and Msc. by Wageningen NL. He uses his gardening skills to promote education and care with Creation.

Pedro Rocha is a professional soccer coach with a B license by Brazilian Federation, he also used to be a professional soccer player who played for many division 1 teams in Brazil and Uruguay. Through his influence in the soccer world we are able to conect our outsdanding prospects with a chance to be seen by the professonals.

Diego Rosa is a missionary and soccer coach. He is a former soccer planer and received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Sports Management from University in the United States.
